Pappas, Spero "Nick", of Marshfield, passed away on October 21, 2014, after a brief illness. Formerly of Jamaica Plain. He has lived in Marshfield for the past 48 years. A WWII Army Medical Veteran, he was a lifetime member of cosmopolitan and Daniel Webster Masonic Lodges, and a retired MBTA employee from Local 589. Dear husband of Margaret Pappas. Dear father of the late Susan M. Pappas. Also survived by nieces Linda Norton of Maryland and Sandra Bermann of Michigan. Visiting hours will be held in the MacDonald Funeral Home, 1755 Ocean St., Rte. 139 in Marshfield on Thursday, October 23 from 4 to 8 p.m. The service will begin at 7:30 p.m. Interment will be private.
