Stella Francy of Brockton passed away peacefully on May 16, 2025. She was 80 years old.

Born on November 24, 1944, Stella was a graduate of the Horace School for the Deaf. Stella is survived by her sister, Michelle Foley of Harwich, MA, her birth son Jason Turon, who was adopted by Fred and Dorothy Chapman as an infant, Jason's wife, Bethany Turon, and her grandchildren Audri and Ember Turon, all of Durham, ME, as well as many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews. She also leaves behind her dear friend of many years, Valerie Morrison. Stella was predeceased by her sister, Sandra Jensen, her longtime partner of 37 years, Barry Yuter, and her parents Augustine and Dorothy Francy.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, June 16, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Ann by the Sea Parish Church, 591 Ocean Street in Marshfield, followed by burial in the Winslow Cemetery.
