Stephen G. Schieb of Marshfield passed away surrounded by his loving family on December 28, 2024. He was the beloved husband of Diane C. Schieb; loving father of Adam (Stacey) Schieb and Nicole Schieb (Gregory Dodge); cherished grandfather of Alexa and Adam Schieb, Cali, Avery and Raegan Sylvester, Stephen Courchene and Cole Manning; dear brother of William (Gloria) Schieb, Mark Schieb, Kathleen Nolan, and brother in-law of Richard and Lori Dower.

Stephen grew up in Randolph and married his first love Diane. He was a graduate of Archbishop Williams High School in Braintree, class of 1968. Stephen was a Local 103 IBEW Union Electrician for over 50 years. He was a gentle, warm, kindhearted person. Stephen was loved by many and hated by none. His biggest priority in life was taking care of his loving family. Not only was he a gentle soul but made everyone around him feel loved. Stephen will be dearly missed.

Visiting hours will be held on Friday, January 3, 2025 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the MacDonald Funeral Home, 1755 Ocean Street in Marshfield. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, January 4, 2025 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Ann by the Sea Parish Church, 591 Ocean Street in Marshfield.
