Thomas A DeFilippo, 73 of Marshfield, MA, passed away unexpectedly on February 8th, 2024. Thomas was the beloved husband of Maureen DeFilippo. He was the son of Walburga Michalski and the late Guilio DeFilippo and stepson of Arthur Michalski.

He grew up alongside his late brother Robert DeFilippo in Egleston Square in Jamaica Plain. Thomas was the father of the late Shana (DeFilippo) Warner and the grandfather of Tom, Victoria, David and great grandfather of Tia and Clover.

He was the uncle of Tanya Metrano, Aileen DeFilippo, and Jennifer Williams. He was survived by several nieces and nephews.

Thomas was a landscaper for many years and his daughter Shana worked alongside him. Thomas was an avid New England Patriots fan and enjoyed golf, walks on the beach, traveling with his wife Maureen and gardening in his yard. Thomas enjoyed holidays with family and his grandchildren. His memory will be cherished and kept alive in the stories passed down through generations.

A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, September 5, 2024 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at the MacDonald Funeral Home, 1755 Ocean Street in Marshfield, followed by interment in the Couch Cemetery.
