Thomas J. "TJ" Penney, Jr., died suddenly on May 7, 2017 at the age of 22. Beloved son of Susan Penney of Hanson and Thomas J. Penney, Sr. of Weymouth, and brother of Joshua J. Penney of Hanson. Grandson of Lillian and the late Whitman Johnson of Ormond Beach, Florida and the late Francis J. and Rosemary Penney, TJ is survived by many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and friends.

TJ was a 2013 graduate of South Shore Vocational Technical High School and National Honor Society "Salutatorian". He was soon to graduate in 2017 from the Wentworth Institute of Technology with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

TJ was a Gear Head and a lover of all things mechanical.  He loved four-wheeling, old '67 Chevy's, snowmobiles, skiing, welding and fabrication. TJ is forever in our hearts. Love, Mom, Dad, and Josh.

Visiting hours will be held on Friday, May 12, 2017 from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the MacDonald Funeral Home, 1755 Ocean Street (Rte. 139) Marshfield, and will conclude with a Funeral Service at 7:00 p.m.
