Timothy J. Driscoll of Marshfield passed away on March 22, 2021 at the age of 61. He was the beloved son of the late Timothy and Ida (Bisazza) Driscoll and dear brother of John Driscoll of Quincy, Jim Driscoll of Florida, Lorraine Driscoll of Florida, and the late Angela Mortell and Joseph Driscoll. Tim also leaves many nieces and nephews, and many friends.
Tim spent much of his childhood growing up with his parents and siblings in Roxbury, they then moved to South Boston, and finally Dorchester. He spent many happy summers visiting Aunts, Uncles and many cousins on Revere Beach and talked about how he, his parents and siblings would travel by the MBTA to get there. As a young man he settled in Marshfield where he spent his adult life. Tim always said that he liked the peace and quiet of Marshfield, he enjoyed visiting Brant Rock, walking the track at Marshfield High School, and hanging out with his many friends.
Tim worked in construction for many years and would share stories about the buildings he worked on in Boston, and most enjoyed sharing stories about replacing the windows in many of the high-rise buildings. One of his favorite past times was watching the Boston sports teams and he even went to Red Sox Spring training in Tampa several times. Tim enjoyed watching the Game Show Network and playing along with the old-time game shows and bragged about how good he was at Jeopardy.
Tim was a kind and gentle soul and would do anything he could for his family and close friends. They say that the good die young and Tim was one of the good guys.
