Lazdowsky, Vincent P. "Bill" of Marshfield passed away on October 18, 2014 at the age of 89. Dear son of the late Francis and Mary (Ivanauskas) Lazdowsky. Brother to the late Anthony, Francis, Michael, Walter, John, Elsie and Beattie. He is survived by 12 nieces and nephews. Born and raised in Dedham, MA he enlisted in the Army after graduation from Dedham High school and served proudly with Company A 188th Engineers Combat battalion in the Ardennes Central Europe Campaign during World War II. Bill devoted his life to golf after discharge from the Army and became a golf professional. He was a member of the PGA and served as golf professional for the Marshfield Country Club and the Milton Hoosic golf club in Canton until retiring. Bill also loved to spend his time gardening and being artistic. A graveside service will be held in the MA National Cemetery in Bourne on Friday October 21 at 11:30 A.M.
