William A. Fosdick of Marshfield passed away on August 29, 2021 at the age of 82. Former husband of Paula (Kerr) Fosdick, he was the loving father of William Fosdick and his wife Susan of Fall River, Roger Fosdick and his wife Gina of Marshfield, the late Lynn Curley and the late Brian Fosdick; cherished grandfather of William Fosdick, Ameilia McCoy, Christopher and Ashley Fosdick, Adam Fosdick and Zachary Williams; dear brother of Ann Reymundo and her husband Dave. Roger Fosdick, and Patricia Crowl.

Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, September 1, 2021 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the MacDonald Funeral Home, 1755 Ocean Street in Marshfield. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, September 2, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. in St. Ann by the Sea Parish Church, 591 Ocean Street in Marshfield. Interment will be in the Couch Cemetery of Marshfield.

William was a proud Veteran of the U.S. Air Force and served his community as a Marshfield Firefighter. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to benefit local scholarships and charities can be made to the Marshfield Firefighters Union Local 2568, 60 South River Street, Marshfield, MA 02050.
