Mark W. MacDonald CFSP
Owner / Managing Director
Mark is the President and co-owner of MacDonald Funeral Home of Marshfield, a Licensed Funeral Director and a member of the Academy of Professional Funeral Service Practice, CFSP. Mark graduated from Marshfield High School Class of 1977 and is a graduate of New England Institute of Applied Arts and Sciences. Mark is currently a member of the Marshfield Board of Health, a Member and Past President of both the Marshfield Country Club and the Marshfield Kiwanis and a Member of Marshfield Elks 2494. Mark served on the Board of Directors of Campus of Caring / Pat Roche Hospice Home in Hingham, Cancer Support Community / NVNA and most recently Alice's House in Humarock. He was a youth softball coach for many years in Marshfield, as well as a Junior Olympic softball coach and a coach at Archbishop Williams High School. He and his wife Susan live in Marshfield and have raised two daughters. They very much enjoy spending time on the golf course and with their four grandsons and two Granddaughters.

Steven is Vice President and co-owner of MacDonald Funeral Home in Marshfield and a Licensed Funeral Director. He was a graduate of Marshfield High School, class of 1974. Steven attended New England Institute of Applied Arts and Sciences, graduating at the top of his class in 1988. He also served in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam Era.

Hillary joined the family business when the Massachusetts Dept. of Health and Human Services, in coordination with the Social Security Administration, launched the Vitals Information Portal online system for permitting and certifying records in 2014. She works with families, doctors and municipalities to ensure that the correct data is recorded in this intricate system. Hillary resides in Marshfield with her husband, Michael and their 4 children. They enjoy skiing and any and all things "family".

Sandra joined the family business in 2014, bringing with her several decades worth of business administration and property management experience. Sandra works one-on-one with our families to create lasting tributes to their loved ones, and coordinates with clergy, media, and municipalities on the many aspects of funeral planning.
